It is recommended to use a Google TV or Android TV for the best results but you can use other Android supported devices. If you want to have audio callouts or music you will need to have speakers on the device.

Currently OrderBoard works with Clover Point of Sales systems and can be purchased from the Clover App Marketplace. The OrderBoard Display app is available in the Google Play Store.
Installation Issues
Make sure your device meets the minimum OS version required by the app. If it's compatible but still not visible:

Configuration & Permissions
Make sure both devices are connected to the same network as this is how they devices will communicate with each other. Try rebooting each device and relaunching OrderBoard, OrderBoard Display, and reconnecting.
Some permissions (like storage, microphone, or location) may be required for full functionality. You can manage them via Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions.
Go to Settings > Apps > Special App Access > Display over other apps, then enable it for your app.
TV-Specific Issues
Not all TVs support this but for those that do the steps are:
This may be due to layout scaling. As a user, try adjusting display settings or enabling overscan compensation.
The app must support D-pad navigation. If it doesn’t, contact the developer or use a mouse/keyboard workaround.
Tablet-Specific Issues
This is often a configuration issue. Try locking the orientation in Settings or within the app (if supported).
Restart the tablet, close background apps, and ensure the app isn’t being throttled by battery settings.
